Guardian combines hands-on equipment experience since 1997 with work across mechanical and electrical systems, thin-film and PVD equipment, instrumentation, controls, and software.
We start with your question, agree on the scope, and document what we find. Projects can include fault investigation, test fixtures, data acquisition, PLC controls, automation, and technical procedures.
Our in-house Guardian Battery Analyzer and Volta test-control software are under development. Follow the work as hardware, measurement, and control systems come together.

Battery Testing
Evaluate battery performance with an agreed test scope. Options include capacity and Ah/Wh measurement, load behavior, temperature monitoring, and documented findings. Free initial evaluation and paid performance testing are clearly separated.

Custom Test Systems & Electronics
Develop test equipment, fixtures, and electronic interfaces around your application. Projects can include shunt signal filtering, reverse-polarity detection circuits, instrumentation, data acquisition, PLC controls, and automation, with scope and acceptance tests agreed for each project.

Equipment Troubleshooting
Investigate mechanical, electrical, and control-system faults with practical equipment support. Experience includes thin-film and PVD systems, maintenance planning, root-cause investigation, and documented corrective actions.

A free evaluation covers initial screening and basic checks, with a written recommendation. Full capacity testing, Ah/Wh measurements, and detailed performance reporting are paid services.
We confirm the scope and any charges after intake. Repair or rebuild work is quoted separately. Request approval and an RMA before shipping or dropping off a battery.
