Built around your application
Custom Test Hardware & Electronics
Custom circuits, fixtures, and interfaces for measurement and equipment control
Guardian designs and builds application-specific hardware for battery testing, instrumentation, and equipment controls. We work from your requirements to define the circuit, connections, operating conditions, and tests needed for the project.

Circuits · Fixtures · Integration
Shunt Signal Filtering & Signal Conditioning
Custom filtering and interfaces for low-level current measurement signals between a shunt and measurement equipment. The design is matched to the signal levels, measurement bandwidth, wiring, and input requirements of the application.
Reverse-Polarity Detection & Control Interfaces
Custom circuits for detecting reversed connections and providing indication or control signals. Detector outputs can be integrated with indicators or equipment controls within an agreed project scope.
Custom Test Fixtures & Harnesses
Connections, adapters, and fixtures developed around your equipment and testing needs, with attention to repeatable connections, service access, and documented wiring.
Instrumentation & Control Integration
Integration of measurement hardware, data acquisition, PLC controls, and test software into a defined test setup. Projects can include wiring, signal interfaces, data logging, and technical documentation.

From the development bench
Examples from Guardian's development work
Shunt Signal Filter
A custom current-sense conditioning assembly developed for Guardian's battery analyzer. The assembly interfaces low-level shunt measurement signals with the measurement system.
Reverse-Polarity Detector Development
A circuit design developed around detecting reversed battery connections and supplying an indicator or control signal. The detector and its connection to equipment controls are evaluated within the scope of the complete application.
