Battery test-system development
Guardian is developing an in-house battery analyzer with Volta test-control software. The project combines programmable power equipment, measurement hardware, PLC controls, and software for controlled battery tests and documented test data.
Current work includes measurement characterization, control-system checks, and documented test procedures. Capabilities are evaluated within the limits of the configured hardware and test setup.
The analyzer project also supports Guardian's work in custom test hardware, signal conditioning, fixtures, instrumentation, and automation.
